Washington Youth Soccer will only approve teams to travel to a tournament or games that have been sanctioned by their State Association, another US Youth Soccer Organization member, US Youth Soccer, US Soccer or organization member, an Affiliate or FIFA.
If the tournament you are traveling to is not listed on the E-travel list you must fax or e-mail a copy of the tournaments approved US Youth Soccer Application To Host A Tournament or Games, (see sample below) which is also called the tournament sanctioning documents, to Jillian@WashingtonYouthSoccer.org or fax (253) 925-1830.
Upon receipt of the US Youth Soccer Application To Host A Tournament or Games, we will add the event to the E-travel program listing and notify you so you may complete your travel application.
