Regional Training Centers (RTCs)

The  Regional Training Centers (RTCs) are located across the state of Washington and are the training grounds for EPD players.  RTCs are the single best local and regional environment for a young player’s development. Players will be playing and training, with and against the best in each region. The RTCs program is elite by nature; its purpose is to create an infrastructure  to identify and train the best players at the regional youth level, then move those players to an even higher competitive arena. The RTCs are not and were not designed for the masses.  However, because the sport, and number of players playing the sport, is growing, we try to insure that all those players identified and who meet the criteria are included in the program.

Regional Training Centers Priorities:

  1. Evaluate Performance
  2. Player Development
    • Technical Skills
    • Psychological Skills
    • Competitiveness
    • Tactical Awareness
    • Physical Qualities
  3. Game Awareness
  4. Soccer Development
