Who: This tournament is open to all competition levels, EXCEPT Premier League Division I, Division II, Division III, WSPL U13 or WSYDL. PDL teams are also not eligible for this tournament.  CYL teams may enter this tournament.

The Commissioners’ Cup is open to Boys and Girls teams U-11 through U-19 that are comprised of properly registered youth players affiliated with Washington Youth Soccer Member Associations. All teams and Member Associations must be in good standing with Washington Youth Soccer to participate.

How to submit our team application to participate:

To complete a 2008-2009 application to participate in the Fred Meyer Commissioners' Cup follow this simple process

1. Click the link labeled ONLINE APPLICATION below.
2. Complete the application by following the posted instructions.
3. The team representative will sign their name at the bottom of the application to electronically sign (approve and submit) the application.
4. Click the Accept button then click Next.
5. Entry fees may be paid online with a credit card. The entry fee is $360.00  Washington Youth Soccer offers a $10.00 cash discount for cash payments, making the entry fee $350.00. To pay online with a credit card- under Step 5 "Finish Registering" click on Make a payment. Once the Edit teams and Make payment screen comes up click on "pay" and the payment screen will open. Enter your credit card information and click submit. For cash payments please submit a check payable to your Member Association in the amount of $350.00. 
6. Print a copy of the application for your records. The online application will automatically be submitted electronically to your Association and Washington Youth Soccer. 

The Association Registrar will verify the team roster and submit your team’s application to Washington Youth Soccer for participation in the Fred Meyer Commissioners Cup electronically.
