Roster Freeze Date: 5 days prior to the first tournament game of the gender age group.

When:  Girls & Boys U11: Start Date 1/10/09; finals 2/15/09
             Girls & Boys U12-U14: Start Date 1/10/09, finals 2/21-2/22/09
             Girls & Boys U15-U18: Start Date 1/11/09; finals 2/21-2/22/09

Who: This tournament is open to all competition levels, EXCEPT Premier League Division I, Division II, Division III, WSPL U13 or WSYDL. PDL teams are also not eligible for this tournament.  CYL teams may enter this tournament.

The Commissioners’ Cup is open to Boys and Girls teams U-11 through U-19 that are comprised of properly registered youth players affiliated with Washington Youth Soccer Member Associations. All teams and Member Associations must be in good standing with Washington Youth Soccer to participate.
