Congratulations to all the District Champions of the 2008 Dairy Farmers' of Washington Presidents Cup. The District Champions and wildcard teams will now move on to play in the state portion of the tournament on December 6-7th in Burlington, Washington.

Semi Final Team Instructions and Requirements-
1. Digital Team Picture- Teams advancing to the semi finals in Burlington are required to e-mail a digital team picture to tammy@wsysa.com by 5:30 pm Friday, December 5th. Please be sure to include your team name / gender and age group in the email. If you do not have a team picture please take one by the 5th and email it to Tammy by posted deadline. Team pictures will be used for the finals programs.
2. Teams DO NOT need to bring a team roster from their Association Registrar to the semi final games.
3. Team Roster for the finals program- Each team is required to complete the team roster form below and email it back to tammy@wsysa.com no later than December 5th 5:30 pm. This roster will be included with your team picture in the tournaments final program.

4. Team Phonetic Roster- This roster will be given to the announcer at the final games. He will use this roster to correctly pronounce all team members names. Each team is required to complete the team roster form below and email it back to tammy@wsysa.com no later than December 5th 5:30 pm.

5. Upon arrival at the semi finals Saturday, December 6th - ONE adult team representative from each semi final team must check in at the Washington Youth Soccer tent 30 minutes prior to their first semi final game.
6. Upon arrival at the semi finals Saturday, December 6th- Be sure to pick up your OFFICIAL 3 part carbon game roster sheets at check in. Teams are REQUIRED to completed the game roster sheet and give it to the referee prior to the start of every semi final and final tournament game.
