There is a $40.00 fee to apply and your waiver request will be answered by email in ten (10) business days.
Qualifications for the E certificate Waiver:
Applicant played soccer at the or Semi-Professional or Professional level or college soccer at the NCAA Division I, II, III or NAIA level.
Coaching Experience is additionally taken into consideration.
