When someone applies for an RMA application we first match thier exact firstname, lastname, and birthdate to existing RMA numbers in the system. If a match is found that new application is automatically merged with the existing application.
In the event that someone already has an applciation but then applies with a different firstname, lastname, or birthdate that is not merged with the old app, they will then be issued a new RMA number that is not merged with the existing.
To merge the new applications and the old applications you will need to contact the RMA Director at rmadirector@wsysa.com. Requests are processed within 10 days and you will need to provide a valid email address so that we can request more information.
We will only accept requests to where there are two different RMA numbers.
