All Non-Sam users will be provided with import specifications in which registration data will be submitted to the WSYSA office at the already established registration deadlines. Additionally all Non-Sam users will have access to On-line state sponsored tournament/league registration and apply on line electronically for Risk Management applications, with reporting functionality available indicating who is cleared and who is not for Risk Management administrators.

Status forms, travel papers, tournament applications, coaching clinic host applications, and facilities insurance, will be processed with manual applications forms that will be provided on the WSYSA website for all Non-Sam users to submit to the WSYSA for processing.

There will be a $1.25 per player data import fee to all Non-SAM member organizations. This fee will be charged in order to support and maintain a manual system process that flows with the SAM on line registration system. Additionally, this fee will be collected from all Non-Sam organizations in conjunction with the already established deadline dates for receipt of registration data and sent to the WSYSA office. WSYSA will then forward this import fee amount directly to Bonzi Development Group.
