Q22. A major issue we encountered is that most of our club registrars in our area do not have high speed access and operating and managing the online registration program was very cumbersome and extremely slow with dial up internet connection. Is there a download and upload feature that is available. By this I am asking if the data can be downloaded, the changes and work done off line then uploaded into the system?

Q23. How is this system a benefit to the select and premier clubs as these programs have tryouts and players just don't sign up for these programs? They are selected, identified. and then the parents submit information and often this information is just repeated for the following years after the initial first year of joining the program. All the proposed benefits do not appear to be applicable to programs of this nature.

Q24. For those choose to import their data will this be an excel based format?

Q25. It stated in the information that with the system that player cards can be printed at the association level. Does this mean if the association was signed up that we could print our WSYL player cards for player adds/changes etc? If this is the case can it just be the association that signs up so as to have this potential feature?

Q26. I understand that Associations will automatically be given access or do we need to request it? Even though some of our clubs within the association may not participate there is an advantage to the association registrar to have this ability to work with the data, whether it was submitted by the club or the state via the administrative fee that is charged for non-participants.

Q27. I note that for tournaments, there is a required $2.25 plus $5.00 team fee. Does this mean an already registered player who has paid his season fee of $2.25 will still be required to pay again? This $2.25 should be a one time registration fee for the year.

Q28. We have a medical liability waiver signature and a signature for complying with WSYSA and our association rules, how is this handled with electronic registration?

Q29. Not sure I fully understand web site hosting you are offering. Should we use your format? do you cut and paste our web site into yours? Will our webmaster be able to work on our site when your the host.

Q30. We have our own bank and do not wish to use Wells Fargo or the credit card services as this only ads costs to the players, so is the total fees to the club just $29 per month plus the $2.25 per player?

Q31. We are an association that only has one club, so if the Assoc and the club both sign up is the Assoc fees of $29 per month waived?

Q32. Will the list of players, teams and coaches on the current WSYSA database be transferred into Bonzi or do we need to enter every player from scratch? If the database is transferable, are we still paying the $1.25 or $2.25 per player for those already in the database?

Pricing and Cost Questions and Answers

Q12. As stated SAM will lower the work load of WSYSA. Can we assume that there will be a reduction in the Staff at WSYSA and a corresponding reduction in their charges?

Q13. $2.25 is charged per player. When is this fee assessed? My concern is that someone enters bogus applicants as a prank and my club gets charged $2.25 for each bogus applicant. How is this handled?

Q14. Can you explain the credit card pricing and what "2.24% to 2.10% and .30 per transaction" means in "plain" english? Is WSYSA covering the one time $99 set-up fee?

Q15. You have noted that there is no set up fee for clubs signing up prior to the 2005/2006 deadline. What is the date of this deadline?

Q16. Our association currently has a website that provides club information and recreational news. How does this new site work with our current web site?

Q17. Why the $5.00 fee for team registration for a tournament? Why do I need this service for tournaments? Just for scheduling?

Q21. The set up fee. If an association or club(s) chose not to sign up before the deadline and wants to wait and see how this program really works, is the fee of $599 for the entire association including all of their clubs or will each individual club and the association incur the $599 set up fee?

Q22. In a previous experience with on-line registration we experienced a charge back fee for parents who have requested refunds who had paid by credit cards. What would the total fee be for refunds? Our past experience found this was nearly $10 per refund. I did not see any detailed information addressing this scenario.

Q23. Will coaches be able to print team rosters for tournaments that would include an "electronic" association registrar signature?

Q24. Can Bonzi help our Association facilitate the payment of coach fees? Specifically, we would like to charge a monthly coach fee to a "team," with that fee then charged, pro rata, to each member participating on that team during that month. Each member would then be responsible for paying his or her pro rata share using Bonzi's payment system. Possible?

Q25. Is there a $2.25 fee for coaches, assist coaches and managers to register also like the players?

Q26. I have activated my team and created a team username and password. However, when I go to the club page that lists all teams for the particular club, I still don't see how to access my specific team page. When I activate my team isn't a link or home page created for my team?
