As many of you know, in the world of youth sports, more and more state associations, local associations, and clubs are moving to comprehensive information management and online registration systems. In Washington, many clubs and associations are already using a variety of different software solutions. Meanwhile, more and more State Associations have been embracing comprehensive software solutions that would provide uniformity among their members and an opportunity to achieve some cost savings for their memberships. During surveys earlier this year, two themes stood out: (1) a sense of dissatisfaction with the WSYSA Single Source Database and (2) a desire to have a comprehensive solution that would work at the club, association, district and state level.
After an extensive application and review process, WSYSA is pleased to announce its decision to enter a relationship with Bonzi Development Group as the preferred vendor for a comprehensive sports management system to fulfill the needs of our members, clubs, associations, districts and the state.
The customer service oriented staff at Bonzi is looking forward to establishing a personal and professional relationship with our soccer community that will improve the services to your members by significantly reducing volunteer time (or paid administrative staff time in some cases) and increasing user access and functionality at every level.
The official roll out plan is scheduled for delivery by the Bonzi Roll Out Team to our member organizations, on December 15, 2004. Complete information on the history of this project, the Roll Out Team’s goals, the product, services, capabilities, training opportunities and your costs will be made available on this date.
This new relationship will give your organization an excellent opportunity to enhance your capabilities to provide quality programs for the future. We highly recommend your organization analyze the product and join WSYSA in partnering with the Bonzi Development Group.
WSYSA and Bonzi will be coming to many areas throughout the state to provide information and trainings sessions as part of the roll out plan.
